1. Protection of Intellectual Property (Unreleased Music)

We understand that your unreleased tracks and stems are highly confidential. We guarantee the following:

• Zero Distribution: Your audio files, stems, and project files will never be shared, sold, leased, or distributed to any third party under any circumstances.
• Confidentiality Your projects are kept strictly confidential until you officially release them to the public. We will not post your music on our portfolio or social media without your explicit prior permission.
• Secure Storage & Retention: All files uploaded via our platform are stored on secure servers with restricted access. Only the designated audio engineer assigned to your project has access to your files. For privacy and security reasons, all audio files and project data are permanently deleted from our servers 45 days after they are uploaded or created.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide our services:

• Email Addresses: We use your email address exclusively for account authentication, project updates (e.g., notifying you when a new mix is ready for review), and essential service communications. We do not sell your email to third-party marketers.
• Project Metadata: Information you provide about your project (e.g., song title, reference tracks, mixing instructions) is used solely to deliver the best possible result for your specific project.

3. Payment Information & Processor Privacy

We do not store your credit card, PayPal, or sensitive financial data on our servers. All international fiat transactions are securely processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record, which adheres to strict PCI-DSS compliance standards. By choosing to pay via credit card or PayPal, you agree to Gumroad's privacy policies and terms of service. For cryptocurrency transactions (Tether/USDT), we only store the public Transaction Hash (TxID) to verify payment on the blockchain; no sensitive wallet keys are ever requested or stored.
