Welcome to Marg Lotfabadi. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access the client dashboard and upload projects, you must create an account via Google Authentication or standard Email/Password.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any activity occurring under your account, including project approvals and revision requests, is your sole responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our anti-piracy policies (e.g., attempting to bypass audio player security).

2. Service Availability & Delivery System

Our platform uses a custom "3-Box" Delivery History system for mixing and mastering projects:

• Projects remain active in your Dashboard throughout the revision lifecycle.
• Once you click "Approve" on a project delivery, the project is officially marked as Completed. This action is irreversible, and the final high-resolution files will be unlocked for download.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When interacting with our engineers via the Dashboard's revision notes, you agree to:

• Provide clear, constructive, and consolidated feedback.
• Refrain from using abusive, harassing, or unprofessional language. We reserve the right to terminate communication and projects without refund if this policy is violated.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver industry-leading audio quality, art is subjective. We are not liable for subjective dissatisfaction with the final mix/master, provided we have executed the technical requirements and fulfilled the 3 included revisions as per the Contract Agreement.

5. Data Retention & File Storage

To ensure optimal platform performance and manage server resources effectively, we enforce a strict 45-day data retention policy:

• All uploaded files (e.g., stems, raw tracks) and delivered final files will be automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 45 days after they are uploaded or created.
• It is your sole responsibility to download and securely backup your final master files and stems before this 45-day period expires.
• We cannot recover any files once they have been purged by our automated system.

6. Modifications to the Service, Prices, and Payment Platforms

Prices for our services and add-ons are subject to change without notice. All international fiat payments are securely managed and processed by our authorized Merchant of Record, Gumroad. A standard platform processing fee is included in the final checkout price. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, or change payment processors, at any time. Active projects that have already been paid for and verified will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
